Library art

Artwork of Montclair Library by Betty Irvine

Local artist Betty Irvine stopped in to the library the other day to donate her artwork of the library in its early days. You can find it hanging over the water fountain next time you’re in the library.

If you want to know more about Betty and her work, here’s an article from the Oakland Art Association newsletter from 2009 (thanks to some research by the staff at the Main Library).
