Friends of Montclair Library

This past week (October 19-25) has been National Friends of Libraries Week, which celebrates the contributions Friends groups make to libraries around the country.

The graphic above highlights some of the things the Friends of Montclair Library have been able to do with the funds raised from donations and book sales. We’re proud that all our efforts directly benefit the Montclair branch, its staff and its patrons.

Our Friends group is small but dedicated, and we are always looking for new members who can help with book sorting and sales, volunteer coordination, promotion, fundraising and other efforts — if you have a specialty, let us know! Whether you’re available for a weekly commitment or just want to help out occasionally, if you’re interested in volunteering with FOML please contact us at fomlibrary@gmail.com.
